Adrenal Fatigue

Hello and Happy Wednesday! I have been a bit off the grid lately. I wanted to talk about adrenal health today.


This is a topic that has been buzzing around lately. It's important to note that there's no quick fix for adrenal fatigue, and simply popping some supplements won't cut it. Lifestyle changes are crucial in addressing this issue. Just a reminder, I'm not a doctor, so it's always a good idea to consult with a naturopathic or chiropractic professional before trying any treatments. The supplements, herbs, and oils I mention here are for informational purposes only.


Diet plays a significant role in many modern health problems. Reading labels is crucial because we're surrounded by chemicals and toxins. What kind of fuel are you giving your body? Consider incorporating free-range eggs, grass-fed meats, wild-caught fish, raw and sprouted nuts, colorful vegetables, and fruits into your meals. Hydration is key, so drink plenty of clean water. We personally enjoy morning shakes with homemade kefir, raw milk, good fats, fruits, collagen, greens, dates, trace minerals, and some supplements.


For supporting your body, look into vitamin C, tyrosine, magnesium, vitamin D, L-theanine, glutathione, B complex vitamins, vitamin E, calcium, thyromin, CortiStop, trace minerals, TRS, fulvic acid, and a good multi-vitamin. Quality matters, so do your research. Adequate sleep, moderate exercise, regular massages, and detox baths can be beneficial. Meditation, breathwork, and herbal support from Holy Basil Leaf, Licorice Root, Rhodiola Rosea, Ashwagandha, Maca Root, Ginger Root, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng Root, Passion Flower, and Cacao can aid adrenal health.


Essential oils like grapefruit, basil, clove, geranium, rosemary, sandalwood, bergamot, frankincense, lavender, peppermint, Endoflex, Copaiba, roman chamomile, mandarin, vanilla, ylang-ylang, black spruce, clary sage, and thyme can be blended and applied for added support.
