For over 30 years, I've been a licensed cosmetologist, finding joy in the artistry of hair and the transformative power of color. However, life's twists led me down a profound path of healing and self-discovery. My journey into holistic wellness began when my child faced addiction, awakening me to the impact of childhood trauma and the prevalence of toxins in our daily lives.

This awakening ignited my passion for herbalism, empowering me to create remedies for my family and others. I've delved into the intricacies of trauma therapy, explored the depths of holistic living, and earned certifications in Ayurveda,

Natural Holistic Remedies, and Natural Holistic Essential Oils.
