PROCESSING TIME
Orders are held in processing for 24 hours from the time you place your order. This is to allow you time to make changes or cancel your order if needed.

PRODUCTION TIME
Each product by Earth Body and Love is custom-made on-demand. The average production time is 2-7 days. Keep in mind that holidays and high volume seasons may cause production times to be slower than the listed average.

Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual:

• Required ingredients are out of stock and need to be reordered.

• If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.

• Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.

All products are shipped via USPS and the cost is dependent on the size and weight of the order.

Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
All orders are sent to production 24 hours after the order has been placed. Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If you are still in the allotted time frame and need to change or cancel an order email us at earthbodyandlove@gmail.com.
