Seasons of Healing & Creation: A Life Update from Earth Body and Love

Life has a way of moving in waves—some soft and slow, others crashing and unexpected. And lately, I’ve been riding some of both.

I wanted to take a moment to pause, breathe, and share a little heart update with those of you who’ve followed my journey, supported my creations, or simply been curious about the story behind Earth Body and Love.

This season has held a lot. Some of it beautiful—like the joy of watching my handmade creations bring comfort and care into your homes. And some of it, heavier—like walking alongside my daughter through the deep and painful waters of addiction. That journey, especially as a mother, has stretched and broken me in ways I never expected. There have been long silences, uncertain moments, and the aching vulnerability of loving someone through their lowest points. If you’ve ever stood in that space, you know how much strength it takes just to hope again.

And yet, in the midst of all of this, I’ve kept creating. Making herbal blends, CBD oil, face masks, and elderberry syrups hasn’t just been about business—it’s been therapy. It’s been my way of anchoring back into purpose, into service, and into something that reminds me of who I am at my core.

Every jar, every oil, every small-batch item I send out is an offering. A reminder that healing can be slow and tender, that nourishment comes in many forms, and that even when life feels messy—we can still choose to show up with love.

If you’re going through something hard, please know you’re not alone. Whether you’re fighting your own battles or holding space for someone you love, your quiet strength matters. And sometimes, healing looks like lighting a candle, sipping a tea, or applying a clay mask and just letting yourself be for a minute.
